About this lesson
At some stage as an exporter you will have to face up to a potential customer and pitch (present) your business or product to them.
Pitching can happen at any stage after you contact a customer - from an email you might send, a phone call, a chance meeting at an event - even your web site should be a subtle pitch for your business (as the customer is most likely to view it before agreeing to see you).
